Our Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with rental, repair and general store information questions. As the first face Cascio Music customers see, you will pro-actively greet and interact with customers, ensuring all customers are handled in an efficient and friendly manner.

The role is also responsible for incoming phone calls, answering general questions and directing customers to appropriate departments as needed. Other customer-facing functions include processing paperwork for instrument repairs, lessons sign-up and entering repair orders.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

  • Sales and customer service oriented.
  • Able to develop and maintain a working knowledge of store products and instruments.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter; able to work independently and under minimal direction/supervision.
  • Able to accurately handle department paperwork, understand and follow department processes and procedures.
  • Able to work hours required to achieve department needs, including over-time and Saturdays and/or Sundays when needed.
  • Proficient skill in operation of required department and store equipment, including cash register, phone, fax, copier, PC, calculator/adding machines, and related software.
